ImanPulse is built to operate without personal account data collection. Location and preference processing are handled on-device whenever possible.

1. Data We Collect

Anonymous analytics events through Firebase Analytics.
Device-level performance and engagement metadata (non-personal).
No direct collection of your name, email, phone number, or identity profile.

2. Data Stored Locally On Your Device

Prayer settings (city, calculation method, madhhab choice).
Saved favorites (surahs, duas, quotes).
Downloaded recitation files for offline playback.
UI state and app preferences needed for smoother usage.

3. Location Permissions

Location is used only to improve prayer time accuracy and can be replaced with manual city selection. GPS coordinates are not transmitted by ImanPulse servers.

4. Third-Party Services

Firebase Analytics for anonymous usage insights.
Google Drive endpoints for audio delivery.
Al-Adhan API calls for Hijri calendar date lookup.

5. Children’s Privacy

The app is suitable for all ages and does not intentionally collect personal identity information from children.

6. Your Controls

Disable permissions through Android settings at any time.
Uninstall to remove locally stored app data from device storage.
Use manual city mode if you do not want location access.
